无创呼吸机在急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭救治中的应用价值 [摘要] 目的 探讨无创呼吸机在急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭救治中的应用价值，为临床推广做出指导。方法 选择该院自2011年2月―2013年2月收治的138例急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭的患者为研究对象，将其完全随机分为两组。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上再给予无创呼吸机治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 ①观察组患者治疗后PaO2为（95.38±4.86）mmHg、SPO2为（98.19±2.85）%、PaCO2为（31.55±4.04）mmHg，对照组患者治疗后PaO2为（88.22±4.55）mmHg、SPO2为（92.16±2.43）%、PaCO2为（43.52±4.28）mmHg，其结果比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；②观察组患者治疗后的有效率为92.75%，明显高于对照组73.91%，其结果比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论 无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果显著，能够改善患者的缺氧状态，提高抢救成功率，值得临床广泛推广。 [关键词] 急性心力衰竭；呼吸衰竭；无创呼吸机 [中图分类号] R541.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）08（b）-0021-02 [Abstract] Objective To explore the risk factors that affect the quality of semen of males by analyzing the conventional morphology of semen of males among 237 infertile couples. Methods According to the factors that might affect the quality of the semen of males， the 237 pairs of infertile couples visited the Reproductive Medicine Research Center of Huizhou Municipal Central Peoples Hospital in 2012 were divided into 4 groups， group exposed to electromagnetic radiation from computer， group exposed to high temperature group， group exposed to volatile compounds and the control group who had not exposed to the above environments. And the quality of semen of the 4 groups was analyzed. Results The sperm concentration of the group exposed to electromagnetic radiation from computer was 19.97±12.28（M/ml）， and that of the control group was 29.72±22.18， the difference between the two groups was significant； the sperm motility and the percentage of normal morphology sperm was 15.94±11.73（%）， 1.85±1.05（%）， respectively， and that of the control group was 29.37±23.48， 3.93±2.58， respectively， the differences were significant.
