NGO能力發展基金 NGO Capacity Development Fund 申請資格 Eligibility 申請者之： 香港社會服務聯會會員機構， 不符合「社會福利發展基金」的申請資格，及 年度經常開支不超過千萬港元。 參閱上載於HKCSS Institute網頁的「符合資助資格的機構名單」 Applicants must be a paid staff or board member of： an agency member of HKCSS which is not eligible for the Social Welfare Development Fund, and its annual recurrent expenditures is ≦HK$20M. Refer to the Eligible Organization List on the HKCSS Institute’s website. 申請須知 Application Guidelines 申請者需同時遞交已填妥的課程報名表，方為完整的資助申請。 Applicants have to submit a completed subsidy application form together with their course application form s . 截止申請日期為課程舉辦日期前三星期。 The application deadline of subsidy is weeks before course commencement. 申請者須由機構推薦，推薦人可以是申請者的上司或董事局成員。 Each applicant required to provide the recommendation of one referee who can be the applicant’s supervisor or board member. 除特別註明外，所有HKCSS Institute舉辦之管理課程均適用，每課程最高設五個名額。 All management courses held by HKCSS Institute are applicable, unless otherwise specified. A maximum of 5 quotas are given to each course. 凡申請者工作之機構年度經常開支不超過一千萬港元，成功申請者最多可獲八折資助，以二折學費報讀課程；而機構年度經常開支介乎一千零一萬港元至二千萬港元的員工，成功申請可獲半價資助，以半價學費報讀課程。 If the annual recurrent expenditure of an organization is ≦HK$10M, its staff members are entitled for a subsidy at 80% of the course fee. If the annual recurrent expenditure of an organization is HK$10M and up to HK$20M, its staff members are entitled for a subsidy at 50% of the course fee. 委員會按課程需求、對象、申請者之工作經驗、培訓需要等相關之標準審核申請，故此申請並非以先到先得之形式批核。 The vetting committee will review all applications based on the course requirements, target participants, applicants’ experiences, training needs and other criterion considered.
