自拟中药方联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣 【摘要】 目的：探究自拟中药方联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年1月来笔者所在医院就诊的面部扁平疣患者70例，将所有患者随机分为两组，分别为联合治疗组和单一治疗组，每组35例。联合治疗组患者使用自拟中药方（水煎服）联合维A酸乳膏进行治疗，单一治疗组只用维A酸乳膏进行治疗。均连续治疗1个月。结果：治疗1个月后发现，联合治疗组痊愈22例，显效8例，总有效率85.71%；而单一治疗组中，痊愈10例，显效8例，总有效率51.43%。联合治疗组总有效率显著高于单一治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：自拟中药方联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣效果显著，且未出现明显不良反应，值得临床借鉴使用。 【关键词】 面部扁平疣； 自拟中药方； 维A酸乳膏 中图分类号 R752.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）24-0117-02 Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Vitamin A Acid Cream in the Treatment of Facial Verruca Plana/WEI Mei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（24）：117-118 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effects of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combining with the vitamin A acid cream in the treatment of facial verruca plana.Method：70 patients of facial verruca plana in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014，they were randomly divided into combining treatment group（35 cases） and single treatment group（35 cases）.The combining treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with the vitamin A acid cream，and the single treatment group was treated with the vitamin A acid cream only.Both group were treated for one month.Result：Treatment after a month，the total effective rate of the combining treatment group was 85.71%，the total effective rate of single treatment group was 51.43%，the combining treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group，the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Adverse reaction rate of the combining treatment group was 8.57% presented with erythema and tickling.Adverse reaction rate of the single treatment group was 5.71%，characterized by erythema，desquamation.All of the adverse effects were not serious.Conclusion：Self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with the vitamin A acid cream are effective for treatment of facial verruca plana without much side effects，and the method is worthy of clinical promo
