计划生育服务机构开展人工终止妊娠术后计划生育服务的干预效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨计划生育服务机构开展人工终止妊娠术后计划生育服务的干预效果。 方法 选取本区计生服务站收治的428例行人工终止妊娠术的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规人工终止妊娠术后服务，观察组患者在计划生育服务机构的引导下展开人工终止妊娠术后计划生育服务，随访12个月，比较两组干预前后避孕节育知识的掌握情况和避孕措施实施情况。 结果 干预后，观察组避孕节育知识掌握评分显著高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组干预后主动避孕率为77.6%，显著高于对照组的54.2%（P0.05）。 结论 在计划生育服务机构开展人工终止妊娠术后计划生育服务干预，可显著提高流产妇女的主动避孕率和避孕措施的正确使用率，减少非意愿妊娠，提高人工终止妊娠妇女的生殖健康知识水平和避孕效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 计划生育；人工终止妊娠术；避孕节育知识；避孕措施 　　[中图分类号] R715.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0179-03 　　Intervention effect observation of post-abortion family planning service provided by family planning institution 　　LIAO Dong-ju 　　Xiannvhu District Family Planning Service Station of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 330815，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the intervention effect of post-abortion family planning service provided by family planning institution. Methods 428 cases of women seeking for induced abortion recruited in our family planning service station were randomly divided into control group（received regular service）and observation group（received particular counseling and guidance on contraception by family planning institution）.Followed-up of 12 months，the contraceptive knowledge and contraceptive measure implementation in two groups before and after intervention was compared respectively. Results After intervention，contraceptive knowledge score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.After intervention，active contraceptive prevalence rate in observation group was 77.6%，significantly higher than that in control group（54.2%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of post-abortion family planning service in family planning institution can improve active contraceptive prevalence rate of post-abortion women，reduce unwanted pregnancy，improve the artificial termination of pregnancy women′s reproductive health knowledge and contraceptive effect，is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Family planning；Abort
