2015年度春季学期大黑山乡中心完小 小学语文名师工作室计划 一、指导思想 以红河州教育金秋计划为指导，以创新为主旋律，立足学科实际，聚焦初中物理课堂。在县教研室的领导下，以“大黑山乡中心完小小学语文名师工作室”活动方案为载体，充分发挥优秀教师在课堂教学、课改实验、课题研究、师资培养等方面的示范、指导、引领和辐射作用，努力把“大黑山乡中心完小小学语文名师工作室”建设成名师成长的园地、资源辐射的中心和平台、教育科研的基地，为促进全县教育质量的提升作出贡献。 二、人员组成负责人：员：、、、、主要工作及措施课堂是教师的职业场所，教学是教师的第一要务。名师之“名”，首先在于课堂教学，本室的工作重点之一，就是进一步提升名师工作室成员的课堂教学能力，这也是本室开展其他各项活动的基础。为此，本年度，要求工作室成员在校内进行2次以上教学展示，并撰写出教学反思稿，全面提升工作室成员的课堂教学能力，促使形成自身鲜明的教学个性和特色，力争在同行中有一定的影响。提升科研水平工作室成员另一方面，工作室成员还要成为学科教学的示范者和青年教师成长的帮扶者，在教学风格和特色上下功夫，能灵活地、技巧地驾驭课堂教学，进而形成自己的教学风格和教学思想。 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
