Along with our country social management reform of innovation to promote the gradual,Urban management law enforcement problem has caused extensive concern of the whole society,this paper takingChengdu urban management law enforcement personnel working pressure under the research into the urban management problem exploration,hope for enriching the research in the field of view extensions. First, this paper has made a definition on the concept of urban management and city inspectors, and this concept has made a clear on the study of the organizational structure ascription. At the same time, in reference to the current academic research results on the basis of work pressure, this paper sees working pressure source as independent variables, organizational support, social acceptance, and job satisfaction as the intermediate variables, work pressure response and staff turnover intention as the outcome variables. And then, it uses these as a blueprint to build working pressure models of Chengdu city inspectors. Using the work pressure of its related theory and role conflict theory as a theoretical paradigm, combining with the current law enforcement problem analysis and case interview investigation, this paper makes 3 questionnaires (members of urban management, family members of urban management, the public ) on the Chengdu city inspector
