Modern automatic production equipment, automated assembly line control system is the biggest characteristic of its comprehensive and systemic. Manipulator is automated assembly line control system in the traditional task executing agency, is one of the key components of the robot.
This article manipulator involving eight action process, we will through a variety of programming software, simple and convenient operation, and can through the communication and computer real-time simulated debugging and modification to the work program, both hands is part of the automatic production line control system, is the combination of mechanical and electrical integration, in order to make the operation of the industrial manipulator to improve degree of automation, manipulator can man-machine interface control, through the touch screen to work progress of the manipulator, man-machine interface can be more intuitive and convenient for the process of movement of manipulator control and real-time monitoring, using PLC programming controller with man-machine interface to control the motion process of industrial manipulator.
Manipulator is introduced in this paper is mainly controlled by PLC, through the ac motor is FanZhuanLai control manipulator gripper zhang, so as to realize the function of manipulator accurately movement. This topic manipulator can grasp in the space, place, moving objects, flexible, suitable for can transform the production of varieties of medium and small batch automation production line, widely used in flexible automatic line, flexible and varied. Manipulator generally by the high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant materials, to adapt to the harsh environment, can replace artificial to operate at high temperatures and dangerous areas, and can according to the requirements of the change of the workpiece and
