急性白血病患儿营养状况调研目的了解急性白血病诱导缓解期患儿实际营养状况，了解急性白血病诱导缓解期患儿胃肠道相关症状。 方法针对75例上海某三甲医院处于诱导缓解化疗阶段（4周）的急性白血病患儿,收集其一般信息资料；并分别在化疗前、化疗开始后10个时间点评估并记录中上臂围（MUAC）和皮褶厚度（TSFT）值；同时，根据护理每日评估单，在化疗前及化疗开始后每周收集并记录胃肠道相关症状。使用SPSS软件对一般资料进行描述性分析，对MUAC、TSFT、胃肠道症状严重程度进行重复测量方差分析，以及不同年龄、诊断之间的差异性分析。 结果MUAC值和TSFT值在化疗前中后均有起伏，化疗后3-4天至化疗后12-13天有显著差异（P0.05），且不同诊断之间的TSFT的P0.05，不同年龄段之间的MUAC和TSFT的P0.05；诱导缓解期每周均不同程度地出现阳性胃肠道症状，化疗前后有显著差异（P0.05），其中恶心呕吐和腹泻在化疗开始后第1~2周严重程度最高，口腔溃疡在第3~4周严重程度最高，且不同年龄段和诊断间症状分级也存在差异（P0.05）。 结论急性白血病患儿诱导缓解化疗期间营养状态会改变，白血病，儿童，营养状况，营养相关症状 Objectives To study the induction of remission of acute leukemia children with actual nutritional status, understand the induction of remission of acute leukemia children with gastrointestinal symptoms.
