摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为漳村矿2.4 Mt/a新井设计。漳村矿行政区划隶属长治境内，交通极为便利。井田走向长约3.6 km，倾向长约8.5 km，井田总面积约30.6。设计主采煤层3号煤层，容重1.39 ，平均煤层总厚6.30 m。井田地质构造简单，煤层赋存稳定。 井田工业储量为284.85 Mt，矿井可采储量202.92 Mt，矿井服务年限为60.39 a。矿井正常涌水量为180 ，最大涌水量为260 ；矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为4.51，绝对瓦斯涌出量为27.，属低瓦斯矿井；3号煤层属不易自燃煤层，煤层煤尘不具爆炸危险性。 漳村矿井田采用双斜井单水平开拓。矿井采用中央并列式通风，主副井进风，中央风井回风。大巷运输采用胶带输送机运输煤炭，采用无轨胶轮车作为辅助运输。采煤方法为大采高低位综采放顶煤采煤法，工作面长度为180 m。 矿井设计年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间为18 h。工作制度采用“三八制”，每天三班作业，两班生产，一班准备。生产班每班3刀，检修班进一刀。日进7刀，循环进尺0.8 m，日产量7633.3 t/d。 专题部分题目：浅谈我国综放工作面煤尘防治技术。 翻译部分英文原文题目为：Simple Discussion Reasons and Prevention on Spontaneous Combustion of Coal in Surface Coal Mine。 关键词：双斜井单水平; 放顶煤; 盘区; 中央并列式通风 ABSTRACT This design includes three parts: general part, special part and the translation part. The general part of Zhangcun Coal Mine 2.4 Mt/a New design. Zhang village colliery is located in Shanxi Province, Changzhi City，area traffic is convenient. Ida toward an average length of 3.6 km，average length of 8.5 km tilt direction. Level area is 30.6 km2.The design of the main coal seam in No. 3 coal seam , coal thickness of about 6.30m. Coal mine industrial reserves for the 284.85Mt，Recoverable reserves202.92Mt, recoverable reserves，mine service life for 60.92 a.Geological conditions. Normal mine water inflow of 180m3/h，maximum gushing water in mines is 260m3/h；absolute gas emission quantity is 27.23m3/min，belongs to low gas mine；coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency of coal dust free, no explosion risk. According to the geological condition, put forward four feasible development plan. Through the comparison of technology and economy, choose the best scheme is: double inclined shaft with single level tunnel along the inclined arrangement. Design of first mining area with area ready mode, length of working face by using 180m, a mining full height fully mechanized top coal caving mining method, all cross falls treatment of mined-out area. Mine design annual working day is 330 D, the daily net lifting time is 18 h
