栀子种子质量标准研究 　　摘要：为制定栀子种子质量标准，对收集的55份栀子种子进行净度、发芽率、千粒重、含水量、生活力的测定，采用SPSS 13.0软件，利用K类中心聚类分析方法制定质量标准。结果表明，栀子种子被分为三级，以发芽率、生活力、千粒重作为主要的分级标准，净度和含水量作为次要的标准，其中净度≥82.09%、发芽率≥72.75%、千粒重≥4.12 g、生活力≥97.83%、含水量≤10.24%为一级品；净度75.65%～82.09%、发芽率66.83%～72.75%、千粒重3.30～4.12 g、生活力96.80%～97.83%、含水量10.24%～10.28%为二级品；净度62.21%～75.65%、发芽率57.80%～66.83%、千粒重2.58～3.30 g、生活力96.80%、含水量≥10.28%为三级品，一级、二级为合格品，三级为不合格品。 　　关键词：栀子；种子；质量标准 　　中图分类号：S339.3；R282.71 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2014）19-4628-04 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2014.19.032 　　Quality Standards of Gardenia Seeds 　　LUO Guang-ming， DONG Yan-kai， WANG Xiao-yun， YAN Sheng， ZHU Yu-ye 　　（College of Pharmacy， Jiangxi University of Traditional Medicine， Nanchang 330004， China） 　　Abstract： In order to set the quality standards of the gardenia seed， 55 gardenia seeds were collected to determine the purity， germination rate， thousand-seed-weight， moisture content and viability by SPSS 13.0 software and K class cluster analysis.
