市政给排水工程的造价管理探讨 　　【摘 要】市政给排水工程建设是社会公益性事业，它建成后不能直接产生经济效益，而只能是产生社会效益。而给排水工程的本身特点又决定了它的建设资金主要来源于国家的投入和地方的资金筹集，一般来说，市政工程投入资金量较大，控制工程造价就显得尤为重要。如何在市政给排水工程全过程对工程造价进行有效控制和管理是一个值得研究和探讨的问题。 　　【关键词】给水排水；工程造价管理 　　【Abstract】Municipal water supply and drainage construction of social welfare undertakings， after it was built not directly generate economic benefits， but only to generate social benefits.
