先进制造技术论文 二级学院： 经济管理学院 班 级： 08营 学 号： 姓 名： 杨秋霞 超声波加工——超声波清洗 Ultrasonic machining——Ultrasonic cleaning 班级：08营 姓名：杨秋霞 学号摘要：随着现在特种加工不断地应用在机械加工中，这使机械加工和工件质量得到了更好的发展。而在这其中，超声波在加工中的作用是显而易见，它使机械加工更加方便和快捷，而这就更促使人们去使用超声波来进行加工。但是同时，人们必须要知道超声波加工的一些知识，这就需要人们首先去了解超声波加工的概念以及超声波加工的基本原理，以此来对超声波加工进行一定的认知以便人们更加正确的使用超声波来进行机械加工。而在使用超声波进行加工的这些领域中，本文着重于讨论了超声波在清洗方面的作用和贡献。首先超声波是如何进行物体清洗的，要了解超声波清洗的作用原理。而超声波清洗能否得到好的效果不仅与频率有关，还与温度、强声、清洗液和清洗液的深度及被清洗物的位置有关，这些都是不可忽视的。而超声波清洗在生活中是无处不在的，因为超声波清洗本身就具有其它物理清洗或化学清洗无可比拟的优越性，不仅效果好而且速度快，所以超声波清洗被广泛应用于服务业、电子业、医药业、实验室、机械业、硬质合金业、化学工业等诸多领域。 关键词：超声波加工 超声波清洗 清洗原理 应用领域 Abstract：With the current special processing constantly applied in machining, this makes mechanical processing and workpiece quality obtained better development.
