摘 要 Microsoft Office是微软公司开发的一套基于Windows操作系统的办公软件套装Microsoft Office的广泛应用，让电脑编辑文档取代了纸和笔的书写，但我们通常都没有为这些文件建立完善的安全防护措施，也没有养成定期进行文件备份的良好习惯。那么，由于误操作、病毒破坏、系统故障、停电等原因，就有可能造成当前正在编辑的文档、电子表格、数据库等受到损坏，导致下次无法打开。 本文以Word、Excel两款组件为主，首先分析了文档损坏的各种表现：文件无法打开；虽然文件可以正常打开，但是却不能进行编辑和打印；文件打开后显示为乱码三种情况。其次根据各种情况进行原因分析，例如误操作、病毒破坏、系统故障、文件被加密、文件格式不匹配等等。然后针对不同的原因，利用Office自带修复功能或者运用辅助软件（例如Easy Recovery软件 Abstract Microsoft Office is an Office software based on Microsoft Windows operating system .
