Bachelor as their Nordic Day Groomer Mt. Bachelor Nordic Grooming Overview 56 km of groomed trails, Nordic Lodge Staging Area, Nordic Meadow, Training Oval(Dutchman Loop), and race stadium(Emile’s) Grooming Work Schedule Nightly grooming (Thanksgiving through mid April)during a Graveyard or a Swing shift Day Time re-grooming scheduled 5 days per week (Wed – Sun) Spring session – Tu, Th, Sa, and Su through the end of the season following the MBSEF “USBank Pole, Pedal, Paddle” on May 15th Two Operators work nights (5+2) and one Operator works days. Equipment – Dedicated Prinoth 350 equipped with tiller and dual classic track setting pans. Backup 275 that is plumbed to hang spare Nordic grooming package if needed. Snowmobile track setter also available to pull with Alpine snowcats or snowmobile Challenges of Nordic Grooming Don’t run into trees or boulders! Stay on the trails! Don’t get lost in the forest!
