新产品开发论文：F公司新产品开发评价体系优化研究 【中文摘要】新产品开发是企业在市场中占据有利位置的强力保证,是促进企业健康持续发展的基本途径。新产品开发成功与否很大程度上取决于新产品开发决策程序的科学性和有效性。要想做出科学合理的决策,需要用完善的新产品开发评价体系来保障。目前,在企业中虽然新产品开发在时刻进行着,但开发成功率远远低于企业经营者的预期。通过对企业新产品开发成功与失败案例研究,不难发现：新产品开发评价体系不健全、不完善是一个重要原因。所以,对新产品开发评价体系进行应用研究,优化和改善评价体系中各要素,对企业发展和社会进步具有重要指导和现实意义。本论文介绍了新产品开发有关概念和流程；阐述了系统工程和项目可行性研究的理论,尝试把这两个领域的理论、观点和方法应用到新产品开发评价体系中；归纳了评价体系的概念、建立原则和建立评价指标体系的流程。以F公司新产品开发评价体系为例,介绍了其现状并指出其存在的问题,为评价体系的优化和改善指明了方向。评价体系的优化是本论文的重点内容,该部分从评价数据的获取优化、评价指标初选与筛选和评价指标体系建立的优化、评价方法选择优化、评价标准确定优化四个方面进行了重点研究,对评价体系提出了一些改善的方法和建议。另外,本论文在评价指标筛选、评价指标权数确定、层次分析法与模糊综合评价结合应用等方面做了一些有益探索。 【英文摘要】The development of new product is the assurance which ensures enterprises to occupy a pole position in the market and the essential approach which promotes an enterprise to develop in a healthy and sustained way. The success of new product development depends largely on scientific and validity decision-making procedures of new product development. In order to make a reasonable decision, the enterprise needs to use the perfect evaluation system of new product development to safeguard. At present, although new product development occurs in moments at the enterprise, the success rate of development is far below than expectations of the enterprise operator. To study some success or failure cases of the new product development, it is not hard to find that the imperfect of evaluation system of new product development is an important reason.It has important guiding and realistic significance for the enterprise development and the social progress to conduct the applied research of the new product development evaluation system, and to optimize and improve some elements of evaluation system continuously.This paper introduces relevant concepts or process of new products development and describes the system engineering and theory of project feasibility study and trys to apply viewpoint and methods of these two fields to new product development evaluation stemand,besides,the paper summarizes the conc
