题目：三种抗糖尿病药物治疗作用研究 院（系） 专 业 届 别 201届 学 号 姓 名 指导老师 刘青 华侨大学2015 年 6 月 ·kg-1），3天后眼球内呲取血，并测出小鼠的血糖值11 mmol /L 即为糖尿病模型小鼠。把糖尿病小鼠随机分成4组，并对其中3组进行用药，分别为模型组、二甲双胍组（200 mg·kg-1）·kg-1）、dapagliflozin组（10 mg·kg-1）给药15天，模型组给予同体积的生理盐水，记录其每天的体重，饮水量，饮食量。之后对各组小鼠进行糖耐量的实验，并测其血糖值变化。继续喂食3天后眼球取血，测其空腹血糖值变化，处死，并检测血清中SOD、MDA值。结果：与正常组比较，模型组小鼠出现“三多一少”，即饮水、饮食、排尿增多，体重减少现象。而给药组与模型组比较，这些症状有显著改善。此外，与模型组相比，药物组小鼠血清中SOD的活性显著增高、而血清MDA含量比模型组明显下降。结论：二甲双胍、西他列汀、dapagliflozin三种药物对2型糖尿病小鼠的症状有显著的改善，其治疗机制与其抗氧化作用有关。 关键词：2型糖尿病；二甲双胍；西格列汀；dapagliflozin；抗氧化 The study of three anti-diabetes drug therapeutic effects Abstract Objective: With metformin, sitagliptin, dapagliflozin three drugs for the treatment of type 2 diabetic mice, the treatment effect was observed, and the therapeutic effect of three drugs were analyzed. Methods: In addition to the normal group, the other mice fed high-fat and high-sugar foods 10 days, then each mouse has injected streptozotocin (STZ, 130 mg·kg-1).The mouse have bared blood inside the eye 3 days later and measured the blood glucose level in mice,if the blood glucose level is more than eleven moore,it is diabetic mice. The diabetic mice were randomly divided into four groups, three groups of medication and which were the model group, metformin group (200 mg·kg-1), sitagliptin (10 mg·kg-1), dapagliflozin group (10 mg·kg-1) the mouse was injecting drug fifteen days. the model group were given the same volume of saline, and then it should record their weight, water intake, food intake each day.
