Visiting the Rutgers University Bookstore is easy and hassle-free. Conveniently located just south of the College Avenue campus in Downtown New Brunswick. Free parking for up to two hours is available at the Ferren Parking Deck, which is adjacent to the store. When leaving, just give your ticket to our cashier for validation. Driving directions to the Ferren Parking Deck and the Rutgers University Bookstore ***Please note that our store address cannot be located by most GPS devices. If you wish to use a GPS device to locate our store and the Ferren Parking Deck, please use the address “124 Church Street, New Brunswick, NJ.” The actual parking deck entrance is located on the right hand side of the next street past the address indicated. From New Jersey Turnpike North or South Turn off at Exit 9, bear right after the toll booths and follow signs for Route 18 North - New Brunswick. Stay to the left to continue on Route 18 North. Proceed along Route 18 North and then bear right to access the local lanes for Downtown New Brunswick. Take the “Albany Street – Route 27 South” exit. At the top of the exit ramp, merge onto Albany Street. Just past the traffic light, get into the far left lane. At the second traffic light, make a left turn onto Nielsen Street. Make a right turn at the next intersection onto Church Street. Proceed 2 ? blocks to the Ferren Parking Deck entrance on your right-hand side. Once in the garage, be sure to exit on the Albany Street side. The Bookstore entrance will be at street level opposite the train station. From Garden State Parkway Southbound from northern points Turn off at Exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike and head south. Follow the directions to the Bookstore from the New Jersey Turnpike. From Garden State Parkway Northbound from southern points Turn off at Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North. After approximately 24 miles, you will pass the entrance for the New Jersey Turnpike. Follow the directions to the B
