MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT Made and Entered into and between: Van Rhyns Attorneys hereafter referred to as the Agent And Hereafter referred to as the Principal The purpose of this agreement is to structure the process in terms of which the Principal will instruct the Agent to collect debts on behalf of the Principal. The parties undertake to observe the utmost good faith and they undertake in their dealings with each other that they shall not do anything, or refrain from doing anything that might prejudice the other party in any way. Therefore the parties agree as follows: EFFECTIVE DATE The ef
