3. Shine 清洁 Level 1 Area cleaning is random. / 经常清洁工作区域 Level 2 Initial cleaning performed, machines and equipment are neatly painted to plant standard. Work benches, table tops etc. free of unnecessary items. / 进行现场最初的清洁工作,机器设备根据工厂标准油漆,也包括工作板凳、桌面的清洁。 Level 3 Cleanliness problems have been identified and preventative measures have been documented and are in place. / 确定清洁项目,制定适当的预防措施,并记录文档。 Level 4 Housekeeping responsibilities are established and are being followed as per schedule. Cleaning utensils, tools material are stored ready for use. / 环境卫生责任明确,并按计划执行。备足清洁用的器具、工具、材料以便随时使用。 Level 5 Preventative measures are in place to address maintaining proscribed cleanliness of prescribed work area. / 采取预防措施,保持规定工作区域的清洁。 . 4.
