中 国 农 业 大 学 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 利率衍生工具套期保值的有效性研究 学生姓名： 王明玉 指导教师： 陈宝峰 所学专业： 会计专业 2014 年6 月 Economic and Management College of China Agricultural University Thesis Thesis topic： Effectiveness Study of Rate Derivate Instrument Hedging Student name： Wang Mingyu Tutor name： Chen Baofeng Specialty： Accounting June 2014  利率衍生工具套期保值的有效性研究 摘 要 自上世纪 70 年代起，利率的不确定性开始逐渐加剧，以致越来越多的金融机构不愿对长期利率做出承诺。1973 年～1974 年间，利率急剧上涨并大幅波动，贷方开始采用浮动利率。到 1980 年代，浮动利率已被广泛应用于借贷领域，其结果使得贷方更能控制其利率风险暴露，但与此同时，利率风险也就被转嫁给了借方。于是，能有效控制利率风险的金融工具开始逐渐产生，并在市场上受到了欢迎。一方面，从 20 世纪 90 年代以来，国外利率衍生工具交易得到了迅速增长，成为了金融衍生产品交易的主要品种，无论是交易所交易还是 OTC 交易，利率衍生工具的成交金额占到总金额的 70%以上。另一方面，利率产品市场特别是亚洲等新兴国家利率衍生工具市场的快速发展，我国的利率市场化改革和国债市场的不断完善使我国发展利率衍生工具交易的条件逐渐成熟。 我国分别于2005年、2006年和2007年在银行间市场推出债券远期、利率互换和远期利率协议这三种利率衍生产品，推出后市场总规模持续快速增长。自利率市场化改革启动之后，由于利率变动的难以预测性、商业银行调整资产负债结构的被动性以及通过表内工具调整资产负债结构来控制利率风险的长周期性等因素，利用利率衍生工具在不影响资产负债结构的情况下管理利率风险将成为越来越多的商业银行的选择。 关键词: 利率互换；远期利率协议；套期保值；协整检验； （≥3个） Effectiveness Study of Rate Derivate Instrument Hedging Abstract Since the 1970’s, the uncertainty of interest rate gradually increased, so that more and more financial institutions are reluctant to commit to long-term interest rates. In 1973 ~ 1973, sharp increases in interest rates and volatility, lenders began to adopt a floating interest rate. In the 1980’s, a floating interest rate has been widely applied in the field, borrowing the result makes more lenders can control the interest rate risk exposure, but at the same time, the interest rate risk will be passed on to the borrower. So, some financial instruments that can effectively control interest rate risk began to produce, and popular in the market.
