Some are more familiar with strategic alliance mode, therefore, how to make strategic alliance to create the higher value of competition, and how to value the competition advantage good management, which are worthy of attention. So at the present the present situation, the main direction is discussed in this paper, further understand the model and application of enterprise strategic alliance, the core competitiveness of enterprises related knowledge, moreover discusses enterprise implements the strategic alliance value of how to improve enterprise competition. Finally according to bringing enterprise competitive advantage, enterprises can create competitive value、 alliance mode of management and stable for further discussion.
