序号（学号）：0401080212 200x级2班 指导教师 xxxxxxx 教授 ________年_____月_____日 江苏丰山集团海洋分公司质量管理问题的研究 [摘要] 随着经济的发展，企业想要获得稳定和持续发展，必须进行质量管理。质量是新世纪市场竞争的重要筹码，质量管理是企业的生命。质量管理作为企业应对市场竞争的有效手段，其实质就是在最大限度的提供满足消费者需求的产品，不断提高顾客满意度的基础上，增加产品的市场占有率，实现企业效益最大化。本文分析了海洋分公司质量管理逐渐被边缘化的现状，提出企业质量管理没有有效和企业的经济效益结合的基本原因。通过对质量管理体系的意义和作用的阐述，结合本企业工作实际，提出完善海洋分公司实现质量管理体系的一些对策建议。 [关键词] 质量 质量管理 有效控制 顾客满意度 Jiangsu fengshan group Marine branch of quality management [Abstract] With the development of economy, the enterprise wants to obtain the stable and sustained development, must carry on quality management. Quality is the new century market competition important chips, quality management is the life of enterprise. Quality of enterprise management as a response to an effective means of market competition, its essence is the maximum available products to meet consumer demand, continuously improve customer satisfaction based on, increase the market share of products, maximize the benefit of enterprise. This paper analyzed the marine branch quality management gradually marginalized status; put forward enterprise quality management was not effective and the economic benefits of the enterprise combining with the basic reason. On the quality management system and the significance of the role of elaboration, combined with the enterprises actual work, put forward to perfect the marine branch to achieve quality management system some suggestions.
