毕业设计 题 目：可烤印天气预报信息的面包机设计 学 号：姓 名：班级专 业：指导教师：学 院：答辩日期： 随着微电子技术、传感技术和控制技术的发展，现代化家电正朝着多功能化、人性化、智能化等方向发展。本文对可烤印天气预报的烤面包机机构和配套使用的控制系统进行了设计。本设计的烤印机构在传统面包机的电阻丝网上增加了天气信息烤印图案，并对机械式温控模块进行改进，增加温度传感器和温控继电器，用于烤印温度的监控和无级控制。该控制系统基于STC89C52RC单片机控制烤面包机的烤印。PC机空闲时间内自动开启，运行网络获取天气的程序，该程序利用WebBrower、INET等控件筛选和截取特定网页的天气信息，利用无线串口通信模块将信息传送给休眠的单片机，单片机被唤醒并将接收到天气信息存放到存储器后，自动进入休眠。烤印时，单片机根据存储器中的天气信息，烤印天气图案。可烤印天气信息的烤面包机与传统的烤面包机相比，更具人性化，互动性好，在一定程度上提高了烤面包机的附加值。 关键词：面包机；天气信息；单片机 Abstract The high pace development of microelectronics technology, transducer technology and controlling techniques have witnessed modern household electric appliances advancement approaching to the final goal, which is measured by 3 major standards: multi-function, humanity-orientation, and artificial intelligence. In this thesis, I designed a toaster can print out the instantaneous local weather information structure and a controlling system including the operation regulation and peripheral controlling sections . Comparing with traditional toaster, I first added many weather printing templates on the heating cord, then I made some revision on mechanical temperature controlling block like the new kinds of temperature sensors and temperature relay controlling network., which were all aimed to monitor the temperature and implement the electrode-less control.This controlling system was based on STC89C52RC MCU. PC automatically starts to work during the standby idle state, then operate the weather-retrieving program, which has embedded inside before. This embedded program needs plug-ins like WebBrowser INET to screen out and capture the weather information from some specific webpages, after that, the sleepy MCU will be waken up right after the captured weather information has been transferred via the serial port communication module. After the waken MCU has received the data, it will immediate send them into embedded memory and become idle again, which this idle state won’t change until the next serial sign
