两种不同长度切口超声乳化白内障手术疗效分析 王崇玉 王丰刚 解云 （南京爱尔眼科医院） 【摘要】目的 评价2.2 mm与2.8 mm两种角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障手术对白内障硬核术后疗效的影响。方法 将200例(200只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者，按照不同大小角膜缘切口随机分为2.2mm与2.8mm两组，行角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术，比较两组术后视力、超声乳化时间、手术时间及并发症等情况。结果 两组术后l周、1个月、3个月最佳视力及手术时间、III级核超声乳化时间两组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)、并发症差异无统计学意义(P0.05)，2.8mm组IV级核超声乳化时间显著短于2.2mm组(P0.01)。结论 在白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术中，2.2 mm角膜缘切口与2.8mm角膜缘切口对白内障硬核处理术后疗效相同，均是一种安全有效的手术切口。 【关键词】超声乳化白内障吸除术；角膜缘切口 Clinical evaluation on the two different incisions cataract surgery Wang chong-yu, Wang feng-gang，Xie yun （The Air ophthalmology hospital of Nan Jing） [Abstract] Objective To compare the outcomes of coaxial 2.2 mm small corneal limbus-incision with conventional coaxial 2.8mm small incision on hard nucleus cataract surgery. Method A randomized study was conducted on 200 patients with age-related cataract: coaxial 2.2 mm small-incision cataract surgery was performed in 109 cases(109 eyes) and coaxial 2.8 mm small-incision cataract surgery(91 eyes). The visual acuity and complications after surgery, effective ultrasonic emulsification time and operation time during surgery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference (P0.05) on the best corrected visual acuity at intervals of 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, operation time, ultrasonic emulsification time of nucleus III and complications. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05) on ultrasonic emulsification time of nuclear IV between 2.8 mm group and 2.2 mm group. Conclusions Clinical effect of 2.2 mm group is mostly the same as 2.8 mm group , which are both safe and effective operation incisions.
