注射用质子泵抑制剂临床应用评价 穆晓燕， （漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院，河南 漯河462300） 【摘要】目的：为进一步提高医务人员合理用药水平，调查研究注射用质子泵抑制剂在我院住院患者中的使用情况。方法：抽查2014年第一季度药品销量双十排名中奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑使用量前十名的医师的病历200份，根据文献资料对注射用质子泵抑制剂的适应症、用法用量等进行合理性分析。结果：200份病历中注射用质子泵抑制剂使用不合理的份，合理154份，%。此外，外科不合理使用现象较内科严重且多数不合理现象为无明确指征，部分结论：住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂的使用存在不合理应用的现象，医院及临床药师应加强监督和管理注射用质子泵抑制剂的使用。 【关键词】质子泵抑制剂；医嘱点评；合理用药 Clinical Application Evaluation of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Injection MU Xiao-yan, CUI Xue-jing, LIU Lin-jie ( Second Affiliated hospital of Luohe medical college, Luohe 462300, Henan, China ) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors among patients in our hospital in order to further enhance the level of rational drug medical staff. Methods: 200 medical records of in-patients were checked from the physicians whose usage of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole from the “Double Ten” drug in the first quarter of 2014 were among the top ten. And the indications, the usage and dosage of proton pump inhibitors were analyzed by the pertinent literature. Results: There were 46 records with irrational clinical use of proton pump inhibitors for injection and 154 medical history were entirely reasonable, the rate of irrational use is 23%. Moreover, the phenomenon of irrational use of proton pump inhibitors for injection in the surgery was more serious than medicine, most of records used proton pump inhibitors without indications and some of records used for a longer length of courses. Conclusion: There are some phenomena without rational use of proton pump inhibitors for injection in in-patients of our hospital, hospital and clinicalpharmacists should strengthen the supervison and management of the use of proton pump inhibitors for injection.
