Methods Forty eyes of 22 air force pilots of PLA (22 males, age: 31.7±6.4years) with vision acuities=4.9 were measured by a subjective measurement of wavefront aberrations instrument, WFA-1000 (66 Vision-Tech Co., Ltd，were obtained in bright or dark room. Central corneal thickness (CCT), intraocular pressure (IOP), and corneal curvature were measured too. Results CCT, IOP, and corneal curvature were normal. There were no evident differences between the wavefront aberrations in eyes of the air force pilots in bright and dark conditions except the 5th order polynomial terms(P0.05). Conclusion Vision qualities of pilots decreased in dark circumstance at RMS wavefront deviations of high order aberrations, yet in general, there were no evident influences of total wavefront deviations in dark conditions. And wavefront aberrations are good to value vision qualities of pilots. 【】ioptrics of eye; Wavefront aberrations；orneal topography 目前对飞行员视觉功能的主要检测有视力、视野、对比敏感度视力等，且多在明亮环境中检测所得。而飞行员的实际飞行工作训练又常在夜间进行，因此了解飞行员夜间暗环境条件下的视觉质量，对部队战斗力的培养有着重要的意义。随着现代眼视光学，波前像差波阵面像差在眼科临床中广泛，对象： 平均年龄3±6.4岁~46岁。 该研究实验设计方案及所用方法均遵循赫尔辛基宣言。 像差采用WFA1000型眼像差仪（苏州六六视觉科技股份有限公司，中国）测量。测量时受试者在指导下先调整系统内焦距，以矫正其屈光不正，使受试者看清系统内的靶目标。检查分别在自然光线及暗室环境进行，各重复检查2 次，操作均由同一检查者指导完成。操作中，检查者始终监视患者的瞳孔，不断地调整系统调节杆维持瞳孔中心与光学中心一致[1]。受试者通过移动鼠标点击靶目标中央完成测量，每一次检查必须完成21次点击。第一次检测为熟悉操作过程，第二次测量结果纳入统计。 眼压采用NT2000非接触眼压计(NIDEK, Ja
