力月西用于电子支气管镜检查的疗效观察及护理 韦红泉（三水区人民医院呼吸内科 三水 528100） [摘要] 目的 探讨力月西用于电子支气管镜检查的疗效观察与护理。 方法对200例行电子支气管镜检查患者随机分为两组，观察组100例，对照组100例。观察组于检查前、中静脉注射力月西针，并给予针对性的护理措施，术中严密观察患者反应及病情变化，及时调整剂量及对症处理。对照组按常规准备及用药。 结果 观察组64%及15%分别被评定为优、良，对照组被评定为优、良的比率分别是0及51%，两组的效果对比经卡方检验，P＜0.01，有显著性差异。而观察组病人在心率及血氧饱和度变化上亦有优势。 结论 力月西用于电子支气管镜检查，同时给予针对性的护理措施，严密观察病情变化，对病人的心率、呼吸影响小，而且能显著提高检查成功率，增加患者的舒适度，减轻其恐惧感。 [关键词] 力月西；电子支气管镜；疗效观察；护理 Force on the West for electronic bronchoscopy to observe the efficacy and care WEI Hong-quan (Sanshui District Peoples Hospital, Department of Respiratory Medicine Sanshui 528100) [Abstract] Objective To investigate the force on the West for electronic bronchoscopy to observe the efficacy and care. Conclusions on the West for the electronic force bronchoscopy, and the care given to specific measures, close observation of changes in condition of the patients heart rate, respiratory effects of small, but also significantly improve the success rate of inspection, increase the patients comfort, to alleviate their fear flu.
