Political news is not only an important form of Chinese propaganda to the outside world but also a significant channel for the western countries to understand the Chinese national conditions, economy, politics and culture. The quality of translation has a direct impact on the Chinese diplomacy and China’s image. This paper discuss the English translation of Chinese political neologism from the perspective of culture.
