教育管理 校本教研：有效教学必要的前提 盐城市第四中学 沈钧 【摘 要】 随着新课改的逐步深入，有效教学理念已深入人心，有效教学实践也初取成效，但有些学校在有效教学实践中存在轻视校本教研的现象。具体表现为：教师：1、理论学习不足。2、教学反思迟缓。3、同伴合作缺乏；学校：1、忽视跟踪教研制度是否符合老师的需求。2、忽视跟踪是否下放教研主导权、是否调动老师的教研热情。3、忽视跟踪是否及时把校本教研的成果落实在学生的发展上。针对以上问题，笔者提出了解决策略：教师：加强自我管理，挖掘自身潜力，实现校本教研自主化；学校：强化过程管理，促进制度完善，实现教研高效化。只有狠抓了校本教研这个“台下功夫”，才能在课堂这个大舞台上呈现精彩的有效教学。 【关键词】 有效教学 校本教研 前提 管理 近年来，随着新课改的逐步深入，研究者不约而同地把目光聚焦在课堂的有效教学上。所谓“有效教学”，指教师关注时间和效益减负增效使学生获得具体进步和发展。 source of inexhaustible power and to promote economic and social development.
