凉山州总工会 2010年财务工作总结暨2011年工作思路 一、2010年度工作总结 2010年，在州委和省总工会的正确领导下，我州工会财务工作以科学发展为主题，以深化改革开放为动力，把握“、加快发展”的工作基调，1.继续深化 “一改三策”。为进一步贯彻落实省、州工会实施的“工会惠民行动”，提高职工医疗保障水平，维护广大职工合法权益，切实为职工办实事好事，2010年，进一步深入开展了职工医疗互助保险工作。通过积极组织和大力宣传，全州共有7592名职工参保，参保金额达49.46万元，完成省总核定任务的126%。协助省总为生病住院的职工办理赔付266人，赔付金额达22.44万余元，切实为生病住院的职工减轻了负担，深得职工群众的好评。 在总结成绩同时，还存在一些问题和不足，如工会经费收缴发展不平衡，经费收缴软件不配套等。对存在的问题，我们将在新的一年里努力加以改进和提高。 步促进我州工会财务会计管理规范化建设工作，提高我州财务管理水平，规范财务会计行为，提高资金使用效益，确保资金安全，维护财经纪律，根据《四川省总工会关于全面深入开展工会财务会计管理规范化建设工作的通知》（川工发〔2011〕29号）规定，决定在全州工会系统开展工会财务会计管理标准化建设工作，要求全州各级工会在2011年12月31日前全面完成财务会计管理规范化建设的目标任务。 .进一步健全财务管理制度。.进一步加强经费使用管理。.进一步加强财务工作考核。 conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
