PAGE PAGE 1 運用「代幣制度」設計「學習護照」以提升「弱勢學生」學習之研究 -2008年POWER TEACHER全國首獎構築偏鄉國中希望工程的故事 國立臺中教育大學課程與教學研究所碩士班研究生 王政忠 國立臺中教育大學教育學系暨課程與教學研究所專任副教授 顏佩如 ?摘要 本研究之目的在探討某偏鄉國中因學區經濟不利等因素導致「弱勢學生」學習成效不彰,在實施以「代幣制度」為理論基礎設計的「學習護照」、「跳蚤市場」等措施後,對提升學習成效之影響。本研究採質性研究法之敘說探究,以回憶、訪談、觀察、自我省思及文件檢視方式蒐集資料,並運用與大學教授合作、資料三角檢證、諍友協同討論及半結構式訪談等方式提高研究效度,降低因研究者人格特質、記憶消退及主觀喜惡等因素造成的研究限制,研究倫理則尊重訪談者隱私意願,並確保檔案資料客觀真實。 文獻探討以「代幣制度」運用於教與學的論理基礎為核心,其次探討國內針對「攜手計畫」提升偏鄉「弱勢學生」學習成效之研究及國內外運用「代幣制度」或「學習護照」的相關研究及策略。 敘說部分,研究者以因為在個案學校(2009年教育部攜手計畫評鑑全國績優)設計推行學習護照等相關措施,協助弱勢學生學習而獲2008年POWER教師全國首獎的身份,對該校2002~2010共約350位弱勢學生參與學習護照實施的歷程、成效與影響,進行敘說探究。希冀以實際在教學現場操作並獲獎肯定的教師角度,對於以「代幣制度」設計「學習護照」協助提升「弱勢學生」學習成效此議題,提出相關理論與實務建議,作為學校、教師運用之参考。 ?關鍵字:代幣制度、學習護照、弱勢學生、弱勢教育、偏遠地區、攜手計畫 A Narrative Study on the Learning Effectiveness Enhancement of the Disadvantaged Students by the Learning Passport of Token System —A Story of the Hope Project of a 2008 ‘POWER TEACHER’ of the First National Prize in a Rural and Economic- Disadvantaged District in Taiwan Graduate Student of Curriculum and Instruction, NTCU Wang,Cheng chung Associate Professor, Graduate Institute of?Curriculum and Instruction?
