Kitchen waste water treatment methods include coagulation, biological methods, electrochemical method. Kitchen waste water mostly colloidal form, colloidal coagulation method has good treatment effect, and there is coagulation drugs cheap, simple equipment, low operation cost. Different parts of the nature of kitchen waste water are different, and each kitchen wastewater optimum coagulation conditions to be determined based on experimental studies, experiments to determine the optimum coagulant, optimum dosage, optimal PH. to achieve the best treatment effect. Through the Southern District of the Kazakh Polytechnic canteen food waste Wastewater, get the best coagulant ferric best dosage 102.5mg / L, the best pH 9, under optimum conditions for coagulation kitchen I the COD removal rate of 86.9%, the effluent COD reached the national GB8978—1996 first-rate emission standards.
