This method of inspection after the test is simple,but very sensitive to the level of the candidates and in the design of test cant play a leading role.Therefore，when you build a question bank and producing papers,not only to control the relative difficulty, but also control absolute difficulty. The method using cognitive task analysis (CTA) technique to conduct subjective assessment in advance about the absolute difficulty of the examination questions,is to quantify the five indicators(the number of elements, the identification difficulty of elements, the number of principle, the identification difficulty of principle, cognitive load) of every examination question and add together.
