刑事审判实践教学 ——独立学院模拟法庭教学改革 Criminal trial practice teaching ——Independent college moot court and teaching reform （刘宇 西南大学育才学院法学院 401524） 摘要：由于传统型法学教育方面一直注重理论教学，而轻忽实践教学，导致传统型教学方法下的人才缺乏实践经验，无法学以致用、理论联系实践。实践表明，要想弥补这一缺陷，就应当大力推广模拟法庭教学改革，训练学生独立办案各项能力，全面提高学生的学习兴趣和学生的综合素质。 关键词：模拟法庭；教学改革；独立学院 Abstract：Due to the traditional legal education aspects has been focusing on theory teaching, resulting in traditional teaching method of talented people and practical experience .
