摘要：随着我国经济快速蓬勃的发展，整个社会的能耗问题日益突出，成为了制约社会发展和经济发展的重要因素。近年来，社会总能耗中建筑能耗所占的比例保持持续的增长,据目前数据看来，建筑能耗约占到了社会总能耗的1/3。所以，无论是为了满足我国可持续发展的内在需求，还是对于应对气候恶劣变化上来说，建筑的节能减排是必然选择。 本文以某单位为对象，首先调查了现有的公共建筑的能耗情况，了解了它们的围护结构情况、室内温湿度情况、空调系统等电器设备的使用情况、当月的电耗情况，统计了建筑冬季用电情况和用电比例等。 最后，我们把用电设备分类成照明设备、办公与生活设备、空调系统这三大类。对其各种条件下的用电量进行测量，通过对其能耗进行了测量所得数据统计，分析其运营方式、建筑能耗及电气设备能耗的特点及关系，找出影响建筑能耗的主要因素，以确定建筑的用能水平及潜力，通过对大楼电能消耗的分析，得出节能建议。 关键字： 公共建筑，建筑能耗，现场实测，空调系统 Abstract：With the booming development of Chinese economic, energy consumption is becoming increasingly prominent, and becomes an important factor in constraining social and economic development. In recent years, the building energy consumption proportion of the total social energy consumption maintains sustainable growth. According to the current statistics, building energy consumption seems to account for about 1/3 of the total social energy consumption. So, not only to meet the internal demand for Chinas sustainable development, or for the response to the harsh climate changes, it is an inevitable choice to undertake the construction of energy-saving emission reduction. Firstly, the energy consumption of Caohejing building is investigated in this dissertation. And the building structure, the indoor temperature and humidity conditions, and electrical equipments (such as air-conditioning systems) are considered. The electricity consumption and electricity ratio in winter are analyzed. Finally, the equipments are sorted into three categories: lights, office and daily equipments, air conditioners. The main factors which impact various types of building energy consumption and the energy levels and potential of the building are confirmed. Some advice on electricity is given based on the analysis of the energy consumption of building.
