Research on Incentive System for the Hotel Industry Professional Managers Based on Performance
Abstract:
The current situation in the domestic hotel industry in professional managers, incentives, implementation and evaluation of the extent there are big differences and soundness. From the situation for professional managers in the domestic hotel industry, incentive implementation and evaluation exist in differences and imperfection.More and more people participate into professional managers in hotel industry,many scholars have begun a more extensive and in-depth study of the incentives of the professional managers of the hotel industry. Professional managers is an important part of the hotel industry in human resources. An effective incentive mechanism can be reasonably effective unified interests of the owners and operators, to achieve maximum benefits and win-win situation. Under performance management, the study on the incentive system for professional managers in the country is still relatively scare.
From the survey and citation analysis, the research will identify the important factors that influence incentive system for professional managers in hotel industry, find out imperfection of incentive mechanism for professional managers. Then it will put forward measures on improving incentive mechanism to sovle the problesms and imperfection that exist in the motivating professional manager, which will help the hotel reduce the problems in the development. It is significantly improtant to study and analyze incentive system for professional managers in hotel industry based on the performance.
