Background Principal Customer Code to be stored in E1 is for reporting purposes. This data will be display on Hyperion or FDA KPI reports. B. Setup in F0111 Who’s Who Who’s Who Type Code (UDC 01/W0) Who’s Who sample Mailing Name (MNLM): Principal Code (UDC 00/06) Alpha Name (ALPH): Principal Customer Code Type Code (TYC): Q-Principal Customer Code C. Mass upload of Who’s Who records * This upload procedure will upload directly into E1 live table for Who’s who. i. Process Overview Step Details Reference Section 1 Setup upload transaction code, i.e. F0111 using application P47002 to map the transaction code against path of upload flat file (full path with file name). - Setups 2 Prepare Who’s Who records for Principal Customer Code in Excel sheet 3 Use “Flat file format tool” to convert excel sheet into flat file with format compatible for upload - Flat file format tool - Upload text file layout and sample 4 Put upload flat file to the path defined. 5 Submit UBE R47002C in final mode. It will pick up the upload flat file and insert upload records into F0111. Note: When using the flat file format tool to convert excel file to delimited text file, need to pay attention to the column width. For example, if the date column width is not enough to accommodate the date to be uploaded, it will be displayed as ########## and will be converted exactly the sample to text file.
