Frustration, according to The New Oxford Dictionary of English, means the feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something. It seems to prompt a negative effect, so some people may regard it a bad thing. They think that frequent frustration may give rise to serious mental diseases. People who suffer from such mental illness would have a tendency to do some violence or commit crimes. That would be a big threat to people’s life. Hence, they regard frustration a bad thing.
