毕 业 论 文 题 目： 温度响应型复合材料 所属系、部 : 纺织系 年级、 专业: 服用材料设计131 姓 名: 陈志珂 学 号: 20130204112004 指 导 教 师: 耿亮 完 成 时 间: 2016年5月 摘要 水溶性维纶水溶性维纶主要应用在无妨毛巾、织袜、渔网等领域，使用的范围比较的窄小。热固性的环氧树脂除了可以用于涂料、粘合剂也广泛用于复合材料领域。本文制备了水溶性维纶作为增强体的环氧树脂基复合材料。该复合材料为热水响应性复合材料。并研究了水处理温度水处理时间及升温过程对水溶性维纶水溶解度的影响研究结果表明在温度一定时增加水处理时间水溶性维纶纤维的水溶解度增加当时间一定时升高水处理温度水溶性维纶的水溶解度增加采用水溶性维纶纤维试样与水浴同步升温的工艺水溶性维纶在80完全溶解并且所用时间短 关键词：ABSTRAT the effects of water soluble vinylon fiber and epoxy resin curing after the formation of the composite, epoxy resin for water soluble vinylon fabric is cured after the formation of a new type of composite materials. With the development of the times, temperature responsive materials will be applied in more and more fields. At present, water soluble vinylon mainly used in fine towel, hosiery, fishing nets and other fields, compared with the use of a narrow range. With the development of science and technology, water soluble vinylon fiber and epoxy resin curing after the formation of new composite material will use in more and more fields, the range of use is comparative broad. This paper mainly studies the water soluble vinylon and epoxy resin after curing, dissolved in the water temperature rise after vinylon.
