毕业论文 题 目 浅议当代大学生就业选择存在的问题 学生姓名 系（部） 专 业 指导教师 年 月 摘 要 就业，是民生之本，是我们每个大学生人生的重要转折，也是我们步入社会的起点。自1999年大学扩招以来，全国普通高校在校生人数急剧上升，在国民素质得以提升的同时，也造成了严重的就业问题。大学生就业难已经成为不争的事实，由此引发的诸多问题，严重影响了处于转型阶段的经济社会的正常发展。因此，在当前就业形势日益严峻的情况下，研究并解决大学生的就业问题十分重要。作为应届大学毕业生，在了解、分析近年来大学生就业状况的基础上，从特定角度就问题产生的原因，及解决问题的方法进行思考并提出自己的看法，既是自身发展需要，也是应负的社会责任。 本文的主体共分为三个大部分，按照“发现问题，原因分析，思考建议”三个步骤，从社会、学校、个人等方面论述当代大学生的就业就业选择时存在的问题，希望能给当代大学生就业选择提供有益借鉴。 第一部分：介绍当代大学生就业选择时存在问题的常见表现。 第二部分：对当代大学生就业选择时存在问题进行原因分析。 第三部分：针对当代大学生就业选择时存在问题进行思考并提出解决建议。 关键词： 大学生 就业选择 问题 分析 Abstract Employment is the nature resource of every college students. It is our lift change point and the beginning of stepping the society. Since 1999 the population was enlarged, there has been an increasing number of the readings. Our qualities are enhanced, but at the same time, it also leads to many serious issues. It is hard for college students to find a satisfied job, which affect the economic development. Accordingly, lying in the pressure situations, it is vital to invest the common working conditions. As a first graduate junior, on the basis of the research and analysis, I bring up my own view. I suppose, this is not only the grown of me, but also the request of our society. This essay is consists of three aspects, it follows the steps o f social, schools, humans and so on to reveal the problems with one is choosing a proper work. I hope I can give the advantages of you. The first place: introduce the common issue in one’s choices. The second place: analysis the reasons why one can’t find a secure work. The third place: think and advise the recommends as for the common problems.
