摘 要 压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器，应用极为广泛。在采矿业、冶金业、机械制造业、土木工程、石油化学工业、制冷与气体分离工程以及国防工业中，压缩机是必不可少的关键设备之一。此外，医疗、纺织、食品、农业、交通等部门的需求也与日俱增。压缩机因其用途广泛被称为通用机械。 本论文主要是压缩机箱盖的加工工艺及制造，主要涉及箱盖毛坯的选用，以及使用数控加工中心对箱盖进行铣削，孔加工。其中还包括箱盖的材料选用，箱盖的工艺过程，箱盖的加工过程，刀具选用，刀具转速的确定以及切削进给的确定。在设计中主要用CAD以及Mastercam来体现了压缩机箱盖的三维造型以及加工过程。并且通过Mastercam的自动生成程序来减少实际生产过程的工艺设计时间。 关键词：压缩机箱盖 数控加工 工艺设计 ABSTRACT Compressor is a compressed gas to improve gas pressure or gas transportation machines, are widely. In the mining industry, metallurgy industry, machinery manufacturing, civil engineering, petrochemical industry, refrigeration and air separation engineering and defense industry, the compressor is one of the key equipment necessary.
