城镇住户调查方案 一 为全面了解城镇居民生活现状及变化情况，满足各级政府制定政策计划和进行宏观管理的需要，依照《中华人民共和国统计法》规定，特制定《城镇住户调查方案》。 二 本调查方案是国家统计报表制度的重要组成部分，是国家统计局对各级统计调查部门开展城镇住户调查工作的统一要求，各级统计调查部门应按照本制度的规定，认真组织实施，按时报送调查资料。 三 本调查方案的调查对象：户口在本地区的常住非农业户;户口在本地区的常住农业户;户口在外地，居住在本地区半年以上的非农业户;户口在外地，居住在本地区半年以上的农业户。包括单身户和一些具有固定住宅的流动人口。 四 本调查方案主要内容包括：城镇居民家庭成员基本情况;城镇居民家庭基本情况;城镇居民家庭现金收支;城镇居民家庭消费支出;城镇居民家庭非现金收入等。 五 本调查方案的数据汇总范围：1.规定的国家点调查市、县调查户资料;2.参加国家汇总的地方点调查市、县调查户资料。 六 本调查方案的数据上报要求：各调查市、县按要求将分户资料上报省级调查总队，省级调查总队对调查资料进行审核把关，确认无误后报给国家统计局城市司。上报时间详见报表目录。遇到法定节日长假，按国务院规定的放假天数顺延，周六、日仍按期报送，不得延期。 七 本调查方案实行全国统一的统计分类标准和编码，各级统计调查部门必须严格执行。 八 本调查方案由国家统计局负责解释。 strengthen the ideological and political education of youth a armed with youth science theory.
