炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的应用 [收稿日期]2009-03-12 [作者简介]盛金峰,男,大专,主管药师,电话:0573炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的应用 盛金峰,姜宠华　(平湖市第二人民医院,浙江平湖314200) [摘要]　目的:探讨炎琥宁治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染中的效果和价值。方法:将96例小儿急性呼吸道感染随机分为2组,观 察组50例,对症治疗后给予静脉滴注炎琥宁,10mg·kg-1·d-1,每天1~2次,3~5d为1个疗程;对照组46例,对症治疗后给 予静脉滴注利巴韦林10~15mg·kg-1·d-1,qd,3~5d为1个疗程;观察2组患儿的发热、咳嗽、流涕、喷嚏、喘气和临床治疗 效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),对照组为82.61%(38/46),2组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:炎 琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染,可显著缩短病程及缓解症状,安全有效。 [关键词]　炎琥宁;利巴韦林;急性上呼吸道感染;儿童 [中图分类号]R969　　[文献标识码]A　　[文章编号]1001-5213(2010)04-0319-03 Study on the therapeutic effect of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate on chil- dren’s acute respiratory tract infection SHENG Jin-feng,JIANG Chong-hua(The Second Hospial of Pinghu City,Zhejiang Pinghu314200,China) ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE　To explore the clinical curative effect and the value of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate on childrens acute respiratory tract infection.METHODS　96children with acute respiratory tract infection were di- vided randomly into two groups. The intervention group (50cases) was treated with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate,10mg·kg-1·d-1,once to twice daily, three to five days for one period of treatment;The control group (46cases) was treated with phleboclysis ribavirin10to15mg·kg-1·d-1,once daily, three to five days for one period of treatment. Then the changes in the symptoms (fever, cough, snivel, sneeze, puff, blow) and the effects of the treatment of the two groups pa- tients were observed.RESULTS　Total effective rate of the intervention group was96.00%(48/50) and it was82.61%(38/ 46) in the control group, there were significant differences between two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION　Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate used for childrens acute respiratory tract infection can measurably shorten the course of dis- ease, relief symptom, and shows evident effective and high safe.
