新农村建设示范点建设汇报 ××镇陆营村位位于镇东南2.6公里处，辖辖7个自然庄，总人口22000人，其中农业人口18330人，劳动力716人，常常年外出打工人数569人，，常年外来务工经营人12550数。全村总面积亩，其中中耕地面积2560亩，水面面面积116亩，村庄占地面面积340亩，2007年——2009年该村没有被征用用土地。 2008年全村集体经经济收入来源及数量;该村22007—2009年间没有有省级新农村建设专项扶持项项目，也没有来自社会和企业业的赞助等。该村不是“城中中村”。 3公里，其土地全全部是由村民协调自愿，目前前已建成150户。 农村经济济落后是新农村建设最大的困困难。近年来的实践，存在的的困难和问题：一是部分党员员和干部群众对新农村建设认认识不高，加快发展的紧迫感感和责任感不强，农民在新农农村建设中的主体意识不强，，“等、靠、要”思想严重;;二是投入严重不足。由于对对农村基础设施建设的投入严严重不足，部分自然村农田水水利建设以及村庄建设和土地地治理无法展开，导致农业抗抗风险能力弱。同时，对新农农村建设的各项规划也难实施施。三是农民素质普遍较低。。突出表现在思想保守，观念念陈旧，小农意识根深蒂固，，生产生活和行为方式与现代代社会生活的要求相距甚远。。在教育方面，农民受教育程 三、下步工作建议 (一)继续抓好宣传教育工工作。以党的十七大精神为指指导，按照中央关于建设社会会主义新农村的总体要求，进进一步加大宣传教育力度，切切实把宣传教育贯穿在新农村村建设工作始终，努力引导农农民投身新农村建设，真正让让农民成为社会主义新农村建建设的主体。 (二)积极极争取项目和资金，切实加大大对农业基础设施和新农村建建设的投入，努力改善农村生生产生活条件。同时监督检查查并抓好在建项目的落实，村村委会要主动协同县乡有关部部门和领导抓好沙的新农村建建设及整村推进项目工程的扫扫尾工作。 (三)有计划划有组织地教育培训农民，逐逐步提高农民的文化素质和劳劳动技能，通过培训，力争每每个农民掌握1-2门技能，，为脱贫致富打好基础。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
