清华大学远程教育培训感悟 9月9日至至13日，**区委党校利用用清华大学远程教育平台，采采取同步直播方式，举办了““媒体沟通与危机管理专题培培训班”。 8个专题对媒体体沟通与危机管理进行全面的的阐述。很荣幸以新闻发言人人的身份参加此次的培训，清清华大学教授及相关学者的精精彩授课给我留下了深刻的印印象，受益颇深。 而对于危机管理过过程中，同样需要注意几个问问题。一、必须讲真话，有一一种坦诚的态度。实事求是是是我们必须追求的一个基本原原则，所以当然不能撒谎。要要明白不能坦诚面对媒体和公公众，最后一旦事情败露，受受伤的将是党和政府的形象。。二、态度要诚恳，要适当的的道歉，以此降低舆论，一个个人民、公民的政府，要善于于学会自我批评。三、要有责责任但当，要对突发事件勇于于承担责任，对自己的言行要要勇于承担责任，通过责任意意识，及时、有效的处理，给给民众、媒体传递一个正确的的引导。四、树立风险意识。。要树立风险意识，注意自己己的言语和行为，避免被恶意意制造噱头的媒体借此损毁政政府的形象。 感谢此次的培培训，通过学习意识到了自身身的责任，掌握了一定与媒体体沟通的技巧。明白以后工作作中与媒体的交流与沟通，应应本着互惠互利的原则，积极极做好与媒体和民众间的沟通通，维护好政府的形象。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
