农村留守儿童之家工作经验材料 为进一步加强农村留守儿童关爱服务工作，优化留守儿童学习、生活与发展环境，切实推进政府民生工程，根据《**精准脱贫“十项工程”实施方案》相关要求，全市在84个扶贫村中选择了**镇**社区、**村6个试点筹建“留守儿童之家”，主要利用寒暑假或周末时间，组织爱心志愿者对农村留守儿童展开关爱教育活动，促进农村留守儿童健康快乐成长。 （一）工作有组织。成立了“留守儿童之家”建设工作领导小组，由市人民政府常务副市长任组长，市妇联、市教育和体育局、市财政局、市文明办、市旅游和文化广电新闻出版局主要负责人为副组长，各乡镇、街道分管领导为成员。领导小组下设办公室，并指派专人对关爱工作实施督管和指导，从而为关爱留守儿童的顺利开展提供了组织和制度上的保证，使“关爱留守儿童”工作落到实处。 （二）常态有机制。制定《吉首市农村“留守儿童之家”建实施方案》，明确将农村留守儿童之家建设评估标准纳入各乡镇、街道年度目标考核。同时市“留守儿童之家”建设工作领导小组将对各试点建设情况进行不定期检查，实行动态管理。目前我市6个试点前期硬件建设已顺利完成。 （四）活动有内容。每年，利用寒暑假或周末时间，组织长沙理工大学志愿者、爱心企业、爱心单位、爱心人士对农村留守儿童展开2次以上的主题教育活动，引导农村留守儿童积极向上，自尊、自信、自立、自强。目前，市妇联已对接长沙理工大学70名爱心志愿者在试点村展开为期2周的社会实践关爱活动。 2万元作为建设启动资金，同时各乡镇、街道将根据实际需要，为“留守儿童之家”配备必要设施，聘请专（兼）人，负责日常管理工作，确保农村“留守儿童之家”正常运转。 筹建“留守儿童之家”是一项爱心工程、民心工程。下一步，我们继续会把营造留守儿童良好成长环境和切实推进“社会保障兜底工程”作为重点工作来抓，主要以乡为主，整合资源，区域推进。预计在2017年底，凡有留守儿童30人以上的村（社区）90%建立农村“留守儿童之家”1所以上，实现留守儿童工作系统化、网络化、全覆盖、全关爱。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
