芦山县飞仙关中心校教学楼结构设计 摘要：本毕业设计的课题是芦山县飞仙关中心校教学楼。根据学校布局需要的规划，解决教学建筑紧张等问题，在满足教学需要的同时也为了改善和丰富校内景观，拟在校内中心地段新建一教学建筑。该建筑为四层， 底层层高3.9米，上部层高为3.9米。 本建筑为公共建筑，要满足教学的需要。因此要明确重要使用部分、辅助使用部分之间的关系，做到功能分区明确，流线组织合理，空间尺寸恰当，满足《建筑设计防火规范》。教学楼在建筑设计时力求体形简洁明快，外立面主要处理好入口、窗型及外墙涂料色彩的对比 ，满足中小型教学建筑的设计原则：、经济、美观。 在结构设计方面该综合楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，墙体均为非承重墙（楼梯间除外）；楼梯采用现浇混凝土板式楼梯；基础采用独立基础。 关键词： 教学楼；建筑设计；结构设计  The central school teaching building structure design of FeiXianGuan,LuShanXian Abstract:The graduation design issues are Fei Xian Guan, Lu Shan Xian central school teaching building. AccordiNg to the plan layout of school Network, in order to slove the problems of teaching buildings shopping inconvenient, satisfy the Needs in commercial office at the same time to improve and enrich school landscape, a new teaching building is going to be built. Thebuilding four layers, the hitht of bottom layer is 3.9m, the hight of upper layers are 3.9m。. As a public building ,it should satisfy the teaching needs . Therefore, we should know the relationship among the most imporstant part ,the assist part and the traffic part. The building should has a obvious function, a convinent traffic , and a clear area, all of these are in order to satify the standard of architectural design. So the trafic shoud be convinient .and use of the relationship between transport links, functional area clear, streamline organization reasonable size of space, and satisfy the code for fire protection design of buildings. Central South University building in architectural design to form when is concise and lively, mainly deal with entrance facade, wiNdow and wall paiNt color contrast, satisfy the design principle of small office buildings, use, economy, beautiful. IN the structural design of the building adopts cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame, wall are the main wall (stairwells except), Stair adopts cast-in-situ concrete board stairs, Foundation adopt independent foundation.
