摘要( Team Management Information System ，以下简称TMIS)是将以计算机技术为基础的管理信息系统应用于企业基层班组管理而形成的一种现代化的班组管理方法和手段。开发和利用TMIS对提高班组管理水平，实现班组管理现代化具有重要意义，是实现以人为中心的管理、促进企业管理现代化的必然选择。 本系统利用目前计算机与网络技术，实现班组管理的无纸化班组间信息共关键词:信息技术数据库技术班组管理Abstract Team management information system (Team Management Information System, hereinafter referred to as TMIS) is based on computer technology will be the management information system used in corporate grassroots team management and team formation of a modern management methods and means.
