Inventory management is not only an important part of enterprise logistics and supply chain management, and in the increasingly fierce competition in the market directly and efficiently in relation to the competitiveness of enterprises. Inventory management is the goal of satisfying the customer needs, to reduce the inventory cost or increase the profits of the supply chain, so as to gain the competitive advantage. However, the level of customer service and inventory costs are often conflict with each other.
