Using Internet in our daily life is becoming the tendency of network development. English as the main language of the Internet is undergoing profound changes. Especially the communicative English showing some new characteristics, and the translation of communicative English on the Internet has also changed. In this paper, I will analyse the characteristics of communicative English on the Internet in vocabulary and grammar aspects, and expound several effective ways of translation of communicative English on the Internet. Thus, we can not only more accurately grasp the phenomenon of this new language, but also understand and master new Network English words better. It is a very great way to promote the information exchange on the Internet and impulse the development of the language.
